Refund Policy
At Hidden Image, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to provide a risk-free streaming experience, allowing you to request refunds under specified conditions.
- 60-Day Right of Withdrawal: As per Oman telecommunications regulations, if a fee was charged for this service through Ooredoo or Omantel for a period of 60 days or less from the date of subscription, you have the right of withdrawal without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.
- How to Request Refund: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify our customer care team with a clear, unambiguous statement through email or by following your carrier's (Ooredoo/Omantel) specific refund procedures as regulated by TRA.
- Required Information: Ensure that your refund request includes the following essential details:
- Complete contact information, including your full name, email address, and mobile number
- Carrier information (Ooredoo or Omantel) and subscription details, such as the service name and the date of subscription
- The payment method used for the subscription transaction
- Processing Timeline: Refunds will be credited according to your carrier's refund mechanism. Once we receive your refund request, we will acknowledge it within 2 business days via email and process your refund within 7–10 business days as per TRA regulations.
- Carrier Billing Refunds: If you have subscribed via carrier billing through Ooredoo or Omantel, you may be required to provide banking information to facilitate refund processing through your carrier's refund system.
- TRA Consumer Protection: If you are unsatisfied with the refund process, you can contact TRA consumer support at 1000 (toll-free), WhatsApp 24222222, or email consumer@tra.gov.om for assistance.
